• A truly flexible working environment that champions productivity and meeting the needs of our clients and business.
• A competitive salary reflective of your experience and the unique value you bring.

However, we are open to considering candidates who can showcase the requisite skills and experience for the role. Given Thrive Law's commitment to mental health, wellbeing, neurodiversity, and a robust focus on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I), an understanding of mental health issues and disability discrimination is crucial. You'll be expected to be well-versed in proactive ED&I strategies and initiatives. Additionally, your role will extend to active engagement in the firm’s marketing endeavours, content creation for articles, public relations efforts, business development activities, and leveraging social media and networking platforms to enhance our brand presence and outreach.
What do we require from our people?

• The desire to significantly impact clients, colleagues, and the legal profession.
• Awareness of mental health issues in the employment lifecycle and a commitment to creating inclusive, barrier-free workplaces.
• First class client service levels.
• Flexibility. Whilst remote and flexible working is offered and encouraged, you will be expected to attend our Head Office in Leeds on occasion, especially for key meetings and events.
• If you are not passionate about the values on which Thrive was founded, this is not the firm for you.

• Knowledge in advising clients within specific sectors like education, charity, retail, or health & well-being.
• An existing client base is advantageous.
