Our client, a leading law firm with several offices across Yorkshire, is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their office in Bradford. The role would suit a Residential Conveyancer with upwards of 3 years’ hands on fee earning experience, who can confidently run a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from the point of instruction through to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Handling a caseload of freehold and leasehold residential sales, purchases and remortgage from the point of instruction through to completion.
- Liaising with clients and third parties, providing updates throughout the life of the file.
- Undertaking property searches and dealing with land registry formalities.
- Preparing files for exchange and completion.
- Completing on sales and purchases.
- Post completion formalities.
- Tite checking.

Requirements:
- Upwards of 3 years’ residential conveyancing case handling experience.

Salary to £45,000 dependent on experience.
