We are recruiting for the role of Residential Conveyancer for our Residential Property Department.
Contract Type: Full time.
Location: Office based with flexible working applications considered after successful probation.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage a varied caseload including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, newbuilds, and transfers of equity.
Deliver high-quality, accurate work with minimal supervision.
Maintain excellent client accessibility and communication.
Ensure good financial management of files.
Support the firm in achieving and maintaining accreditations such as Lexcel and CQS.

Candidate Profile

At least 2–3 years’ proven experience in residential conveyancing.
Strong technical skills across all aspects of residential property transactions.
Committed to client care and high professional standards.
Experience working with quality standards (Lexcel/CQS) is desirable.
Relevant qualifications: Solicitor, CILEX, desirable.
