What will you do?
• Perform general administrative tasks, including diary management, filing, printing, scanning, binding, and photocopying
• Draft legal documents
• Correspond with clients through emails, telephone calls, and face-to-face interactions in the office
• Conduct legal research
• Assist and shadow solicitors in their duties
• Manage your own caseload and maintain accurate files following office procedures
• Confirm instructions and advice to clients in writing
What do you need?
• Experience working in a legal environment
• Familiarity with legal processes and procedures
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with exceptional attention to accuracy
• Proficient in relevant software applications
• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
