Dispute Resolution Paralegal

We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Paralegal to join our expanding Litigation department in our Leeds office.
The Role
Assisting the Dispute Resolution team with often complex commercial and property disputes as well as professional negligence cases. Main responsibilities will include:
Reviewing documents
Drafting court applications
Taking witness statements
Researching
Taking new enquiries
Attending client meetings in support of the solicitor
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience working on commercial, property and/or professional negligence cases, as well as:
A good understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules
Good commercial awareness
Excellent client care skills
An eye for detail
Good knowledge of document and case management systems
