This market-leading property specialist firm based in central Leeds is looking to strengthen its team with the hire of an experienced Conveyancer.

This firm is supporting a flexible working environment and as such hybrid working is on offer for this role with half of your time spent in the office and half from home, if desired.

You will have dealt with Sale & Purchase transactions and will have experience in title checking, raising and dealing with enquiries, AML and SOF Checks.

The team is dedicated to providing a range of services to financial institutions and estate agents. These services include:

Sale and purchase conveyancing
Mortgage shortfall recoveries

The successful Conveyancer will have experience in the full spectrum of conveyancing work to include sales and purchase and alongside your technical abilities my client is looking for an individual who can deliver outstanding customer service and is led by the desire to deliver a smooth and well managed conveyancing transaction to their clients.

Working within a team that is highly experienced and supportive, you will also have access to a dedicated training team to offer initial and ongoing training. On offer are strong routes to progression and this role would suit somebody who is looking to take the next step up in their career. The firm champions internal progression including routes to management. Previous experience of supervising other members of staff is desirable but not essential to be considered for this role.
