The role of Commercial Property Paralegal is based in its Sheffield office where you will work alongside fee earners and in a close team.

As the successful Commercial Property Paralegal, you can expect to provide support to the Partners in the department and also run their own varied caseload. The work itself focuses on the sale, purchase, and lease of land, leasehold management, covering commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals and development work.
