The Role
To cover holidays and ongoing work, we are seeking a confident locum commercial litigation solicitor to join our firm either as a locum or contract solicitor. This opportunity offers services to a full range of commercial clients.

We are equally interested in hearing from candidates seeking employment on a permanent basis.

The types of matters you will be conducting will be:

• Insolvency Litigation
• Civil Fraud Defence & Commercial Injunctions
• Enforcing US & Chinese Judgment in the UK
• Construction & Engineering; Insolvency & IP Disputes

The Candidate
Candidates will ideally possess 3-10 years PQE

The right candidate for this role will be:
• A person with a great enthusiasm, an eye for details and can quickly run with ongoing work
• Determined to succeed and achieve great results
• Experienced in litigation & legal costs and funding
• A great communicator with a confident and friendly approach
• Be courageous but able to take a balanced approach to risk
• Able to set the tone to guide & support the team on achieving results
• Able to think strategically and engage in business development & building external relationships

The Candidate will be able to demonstrate a solid track record commercial litigation experience along with the capability to build on an existing caseload of commercial litigation and employment law matters. You will be driven, determined and ambitious you will have an excellent technical knowledge of all aspects of commercial litigation and perhaps looking for the next step in your career.
