Ideal candidate skills and qualifications:
• You will be a Commercial or Civil Litigation Solicitor with 4-8 years’ PQE
• Experience in dealing with commercial, contractual and significant debt claims, as well as partnership and shareholder disputes
• In addition, those with experience in commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters and general property disputes, and claims of professional negligence would be desirable
• Applications are particularly welcome from those with a passion for property litigation, however, this is not essential.
Duties include:
• Be expected to get involved in the Department’s business development and marketing activities, especially focusing on the Leeds and Wakefield areas
• Have the ability to work under supervision and manage your own caseload of dispute work, including working from home if that suits both parties
• Be keen and willing to engage in relevant networking events
