Ideal candidate skills:

Ideally suitable for someone with approximately 2 years of PQE and who demonstrates the skills and knowledge
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and ambitious solicitor capable of working with a degree of autonomy and possess the drive to succeed
Strong IT skills
The high degree of initiative and the ability to manage your time and your workload effectively
Excellent communication skills and a desire to use these to promote the team and the firm both internally and externally
A willingness to learn, to drive your own career progression and be proactive in achieving this
