The successful Childcare Solicitor will be responsible for undertaking fee-earning work, key responsibilities will include:

Handling day-to-day cases related to care proceedings, adoption, and kinship
Managing your own case load and handling the associated responsibilities
Conducting your own advocacy on behalf of clients
Attending client meetings to understand their needs and provide legal counsel
Ensuring consistent drafting of documents using appropriate software and case management systems
