Required Skills And Qualifications:

NQ-2PQE Solicitor with at least 6 months' experience in a child care seat
Have experience not only representing children and parents, but also children's guardians
Previous experience of supervision/management
Be a people person, who is organized and enthusiastic about supporting others within their own team
Passionate about pursuing a career in this area of law

Due to growth, they are seeking an NQ Childcare Solicitor to join their established team where you will handle Care Proceedings and other matters. This challenging yet rewarding role involves working on significant cases in terms of the protection of children at risk of serious harm.
