| What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in helping clients through one of life’s biggest milestones. From start to finish, you’ll be working alongside your senior conveyancer, making sure everything runs smoothly. Your work will include:
Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties
Handling routine correspondence such as ID checks, mortgage offers, and completions
Obtaining and checking redemption figures
Preparing transfer documents and requisitions on title
Preparing files for completion once contracts are exchanged
Keeping clients updated through our portal and using our case management system to its full potential
| What we’re looking for
We’d love to hear from you if you:
Have at least three years’ conveyancing experience
Can keep on top of a busy caseload while staying calm and organised
Take pride in delivering great service for clients
Are open to learning, growing, and making the most of the technology available to you
