Residential Property Conveyancer

We are looking for a Residential Conveyancer with proven residential property experience. You will provide a high standard of legal advice to residential property clients, maintaining awareness of current legal matters. You will be experienced in sales, purchases (preferably to include new-build transactions) and transfers of equity and it is expected that you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field of residential property. You will be expected to work with other fee earners and assistants in the department and to manage your caseload efficiently, cost effectively, following systems and standards laid down by the practice and to perform against financial billing targets.
